I came to Cristina at ancient flow last fall because I was having sciatic pain that was physically and mentally distressing. From all the treatments I tried, her energy work really helped me relax my body and release the tension that was causing the worst of the pain better than the other methods. Cristina is a terrific therapist! Her wide range of knowledge and skills enable her to help hone in on what you specifically would. Like to address about your body. I particularly found facilitating the Medical Astrology Analysis she did for me last year. Her findings were fascinating and informative and she went over and explained everything in a way I could follow and understand. I have been able to put into practice what she recommended which helps to thrive and not just survive!

Cristina was an amazing and thoughtful teacher on acupressure! She explained the concept of energy flow well, and led meditations involving fingers as gateways to the emotions in our bodies. I felt so relaxed after the session and I definitely felt my energy become more free flowing. She has so much wisdom and experience, definitely an amazing healer!
