The senior management at Anchors Away Cruises was not helpful when we had a problem and needed to move our booking to another agency. We were treated very poorly and our past business with them was not considered or appreciated. The owner treated me as if I did not know the truth and therefore got himself all confused and upset. There are many agencies to choose from so choose carefully.

Booked a 42 day cruise with this agency. Never again. Poor customer relations. I had to keep calling them repeatedly for follow up on entire booking.
