Despite running later than planned, we enjoyed a 5 mile after dark tour of the Long Beach Marina, starting point at 6272 East PCH that lasted approximately 2 hours. The weather was perfect for this and all 10 of us enjoyed this short tour. I highly recommend trying this with your family or friends for a special day or evening out. The boat itself was cute and the gentleman who helped us board was very kind. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the manager, Leah, whose customer service was rude and stressful. We boarded around 12:30–12:45 PM and were told to return around 2:30 PM. At 2 PM I called to ask if it was possible to extend until 3 PM, and instead of simply saying no, Leah immediately became pushy and panicked on the phone, insisting we had to be back at 2:15 PM. **I See the owners reply but as I have stated on my review I have tried 2 different ways to contact owner or anyone to help and via phone no response and went to the business and never got a reply to the message sent to the owner** I am at a loss for what to do from here** Why would you tell me to call again when clearly that has not worked** Rented a Duffy boat during the holiday season. When we got there the agent offered us the "Pink Boat" for the regular rate as he said this was a "holiday special." We accepted the disco... read more

Go to another boat rental. You have been warned. Something was wrong with my boat it kept stopping and when I notified them they lied and said it never was malfunctioning. Take pictures and video of everything because you will be blamed if anything happens. There was no reason to lie I wasn’t even asking for a refund I was letting them know there boat kept stopping .
