Everything was well maintained, and the rental process was simple and professional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed before heading out. First, I want to give credit where it's due: the staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly doing their best, even on an extremely busy Father's Day weekend. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the actual boat rental experience fell short. We were told our departure was delayed because the boat was being cleaned, but after being instructed to head down to the dock, we then had to wait while the boat was actually cleaned in front of us.
