We love hanging out at Anchors Away during the 4th of July!! They have great drinks and food for every age. We also attended one of their crawfish bowls and that was a great experience!!
We just stayed here on Tuesday June 18th, 2019. We had just got done traveling 12 hours and we had booked online which sometimes concerns me. This place was such a lovely surprise. Right on Johnson Lake, comfortable, clean, and pet friendly!!! The manager Marnie was so welcoming, she made us feel like we were family. We have to go back to the same area in about 3 weeks, we WILL be staying with these wonderful people at a well kept secluded hotel on the lake. Just lovely and the food was excellent in their restaurant!!!

Excellent food and atmosphere!
every time we ate there food has been mediocre, slow service, they ran out of lettuce and waited to tell us until they brought the food, my mother had to wait forever for them to cook her something instead of the salad. Today went to try them out and at 5:10 nothing was shoveled place looked dead and no tracks in the parking lot other then mine. We didn't even go in.
Great show of fireworks dispaly!!! Food outstanding with great service.
