I have been coming here since 2022 and it’s safe to say, I absolutely love this place. My therapist is Abby. She’s always kind and thoughtful. I am on lower income and Abby is always providing me with different resources to help! Front desk is always friendly as well. The decor is warm and inviting, I always feel welcomed when I come.
The staff is super friendly, the waiting area and counseling rooms are decorated super cute and relaxing vibes to them. I seen Madison here and she was really nice and helpful.
I was referred here by a friend, and she spoke very highly of this place. I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment and someone took my information and let me know they would have someone contact me to make an appointment. I finally got a call on Monday and was unable to take it, so I called back Wednesday and left a message. It has been a week and I have still not gotten a return call. Jackie is phenomenal, she listens and shares. She also gives me meaningful advice and handouts for reference at home. Fighting major depression is an all out war and Jackie is right there in the trenches with me. Highly recommend Jackie at Anchoring Hope Counseling!!
The office manager Jennifer is wonderful. Lindsay is so very kind. I am so thankful we found Anchoring Hope.
