I can't recommend Anchored Roots enough! The therapists my family members and I have worked with there are so approachable and easy to talk to. They make you feel comfortable from the start and take the time to get to know you. I always feel understood and supported. I leave every session with new ideas and things to reflect on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for caring and thoughtful therapy.
I only went to one appt but never returned and was able to find someone that suited me better. My concern with the therapist I saw was a few negative comments she made in reaction to my sharing. Her comments were along the lines of being demeaning and uncaring. Not sure she meant it that way or maybe she was trying to be funny because overall her tone and demeanor was sweet and kind. Greatest Therapist I’ve Had!!And Trust Me I Had A Few Till I Found Her Five Stars For Sure!!!
Adding an update to my review:. I’ve been attending sessions with Ashley Miller for almost a year now. I can’t say enough about her therapeutic style. She’s supportive and encouraging. She’s been a tremendous support to me and my family as well. Older review: The therapists at Anchored Roots are knowledgeable, compassionate and encouraging. I have received so much support from the anchored roots team-I highly recommend them!!
I’ve been going to anchored roots for years now and it has changed my life. My first experience with therapy wasn’t great but I decided to try again and I’m so glad I did. I found Ashley and it has been amazing. She has helped me become a better version of myself and overcome lots of trauma. I highly recommend her.
