I've worked with Dr. Savage. She is the best therapist I've ever had. She is patient, and allows you to come to your own conclusions. She is gentle, but at the same time, if something isn't right, she will tell you. I cannot express how much I truly appreciate her help during my journey.

This review is in reference to the couples treat we attended in February. The experience was healing, invigorating, playful, grounding, organized, intentional and reformative. My spouse and I were not sure what to expect and we both were thoroughly grateful after attending. I would highly suggest the getaway. I believe participants can gain reassurance, direction, support and tons of ideas to implement. Laura is one of the most compassionate and skilled eating disorder and anxiety therapists I know. She goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her clients. Also, all the therapists on her team at Anchored are empathetic, knowledgeable, and well prepared to help clients meet their goals. I love referring clients here because I trust they will get excellent care, no matter their unique situation. No eating disorder therapy practice is better than this one!

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful counseling service. I had an extremely positive experience as a client and have been able to share the blessing with several friends and family members. I highly recommend these counselors to anyone searching for a positive experience while caring for your mental health. It’s like having someone to talk to that gives you tools to organize your own thoughts and expand your mind beyond your typical perspective. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Savage has been great with helping me. She gave me do-able techniques that I can practice on a daily basis that has helped to lower my stress and anxiety. I highly recommend Anchored Counseling.
