I began going to therapy here in 2021 - my sophmore year of high school. I’m a sophomore in college now and I can say that I wouldn’t be who I am today without those many sessions. I have learned so much about mental health and I’m so grateful to wake up everyday now.
Shane helped me during a very transitional season of life where I needed to give time to process hard situations and events in my past. He created a very comfortable space where I felt open to share emotional, personal fears and things I was holding on to that was fueling my anxiety and harmful thoughts. I am grateful for the growth I have made with his help and support.
Dr. Shane has been an incredible support to our family and has provided wise, Godly counsel to us through several difficult seasons. He is the therapist in northeast Florida that I recommend without reservation for any person in any struggle. He is gifted in walking with adolescents and adults through all life-altering issues. The administrative support is equally excellent. Our family will forever be grateful for Anchored Christian Counseling! Thank you for the life-giving services you provide!
