Big disappointment. I came in expecting a simple tire change—something any motorcycle shop should be able to handle. I made an appointment a week in advance for a Saturday, only to be told maybe it would get done that day. After dropping off the bike, I was told it might not be done until Tuesday. When I asked if it would definitely be ready by then, the answer was, “it may not be.” Apparently, they usually expect customers to bring just the wheels—not the bike. I expected better service.
