I have been a resident at the Anchorage sands apartment for the last couple of years and it has been a very pleasant experience. The apartment is pet friendly and close to a lot of midtown stores and businesses with great neighbors and the landlord Justin is very professional and beyond friendly and quick to fix any problems or concerns that arise.
Justin was very helpful and concerned with my situation. I wish more landlords could be more like him. I would like to be one of his tenants. Sadly, due to my disability and with no ground floors currently available I can't. His positive reviews on here are true, as my experience with him was great. If you are able to rent from here, I know that you will have a reliable and caring landlord.
This place was recommended to me by a friend who lived there for several years. I have had a few other friends who lived there, as well, and they all think well of it. Despite being right on Minnesota, the inner apartments are pretty quiet. Justin, the owner of the apartments, is amazing. He was always available when we needed something, and when we were in a rough financial spot, he helped us apply for programs that eventually helped us save up enough to get a bigger place.
