DO NOT LIVE HERE. Condo association is useless. The buildings have bugs. Mine? Cockroaches. They were here when I moved in. No one cares. Maintenance is minimal. They charge $420 a month in dues currently and it’s only going up. The people that run the association don’t live here. No on-site management or maintenance. Parking lots are chaos.
