In middle of renovation.
It's... okay. This was our second time there in two years and even though it was under renovation last time, nothing seems to have changed. The service is good. The room is adequate. The bed is fine. If it were $60 a night, it would be reasonable. Anything higher than that is ..okay.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. For starters, none of the pictures on their page are accurate at all. The rooms are falling apart, wall paper is peeling and it’s just disgusting. Not to mention the several cockroaches we found in the first 20 minutes of our stay. The parking lot is littered with trash (not that that’s the hotels fault, but gives you a good insight into the type of people staying there. COCKROACHES!! I noticed how disgustingly FILTHY everything was before I saw a COCKROACH scatter as I turned on the bathroom light! I immediately went to the lobby to demand a refund so I could leave, but the monstrous snow storm forced me to remain STUCK at this nasty cesspool so all that could be done was they moved me to the top floor.. but, just like BEDBUGS, if there are ROACHES on ONE FLOOR, THERE ARE ROACHES ON EVERYYYY FLOOR!
