service has gone downhill years ago this used to be a great company to buy rc equipment from lately it has been the worst. a few months ago i bought an rc truck from them and the radio didnt work right, i took it in and they tried to rig it to "kind of make it work". when that failed they said i can either return it with a restocking fee or i could contact the manufacturer to get a new one. any other business would have taken care of the issue and contacted the manufacturer to get me a new one seeing as how i had just spent ... read more
Anchorage House of Hobbies If you are into modeling, or remote control they have what you need. Store is tucked in behind REI and is packed full of fun stuff. Very knowledgeable staff with excellent service.

Went today and picked up a horizon hobby solder station. TK950 it made soldering a breeze. Makes me look like a pro. Heats up very quickly and maintains temperature accurately. I was waited on very promptly and felt a good mindset on public safety . I have always spent my money locally and they continue to earn my money and trust. Thank you !
