I had a wonderful experience with Anchorage Healthcare Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The nighttime receptionist isn't very friendly. She didn't greet me as I came in the door and she was to busy talking to staff to help me with the check in process, it has changed since I last visited, and she was not very helpful when it came to paging for other staff. She acted as if I was bothering her and her conversation. Very poor customer service. She wasn't very helpful with the staff on the floor either.

Today, I toured the facility to gather information for one of my clients who is preparing for admission. The team was very welcoming and professional. The admissions representative I worked with was extremely helpful and hopeful throughout the process. She was able to answer all of my questions, and when she didn’t have an answer, she consulted with her team to ensure we received the information we needed.
