I visited a relative here and was very disappointed by the condition of the facility. The parking was inconvenient, the environment felt very low-energy, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the building. I also noticed drinks sitting uncovered by the elevator for patients, which did not seem sanitary. The elevators were confusing and poorly explained since they are not the normal kind, and there were no clear directions on how to use them. The staff was friendly , the residents were clean , the resident were active and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Yes, my visit was very nice and the cna. Who cared for my uncle, Craig Gibson. She was very, very thoughtful. She made sure he was changed. She made sure that he didn't need anything else. And she was there with me and asked me, is there anything that she could do for me? But she would be back later to take care of Mr. Gibson, and I thought that was very sweet of her, and she did everything that a CNA was supposed to do. She was very, very great in understanding. You all need to hire more like her.Thank you
