Everyone was kind and helpful on my visits. I was really happy here right up until I had a visit only to discover er after the provider had stopped accepting my insurance and had not bothered to inform me. I received a large bill and had to pay a large fee at a new dentist for x rays cleaning etc that I had already gotten here. I have left multiple messages to discuss my issue with there billing department and settle up but I just receive automated texts asking for payment. A person doesn't bother to call. The staff is always friendly and interested in how I am doing physically and mentally.
I was hoping to set up an appointment with this place. Brook called back and left a voicemail. I wasn’t aware that it was her number she had called from earlier. Anyways, while talking to her on the phone, she was rude and had a sharp and aggressive tone. She said, We are from Monday through Thursday. First of all, I wasn’t aware of the days or hours your office is open. The overall vibe and tone of the conversation left a bad impression of this business on me. I don’t think I will be calling this place back.
