Gaines Alan Keith Dvm had a doom and gloom attitude My cat was very ill when I made an emergency appointment. Before running any tests whatsoever, only after a quick exam, he talked about how "there would be no cheap fix" and "could easily cost into the thousands" and "probably will need surgery". It was all very discouraging. The ordered tests were certainly reasonable, given her condition, but they did prove him wrong.. she did not need surgery. We have been very happy about the compassion and expertise since switching to this vet! Very timely and easy to get an appointment. The office staff is wonderful as well. They are sure to follow up and check in on pets after surgeries or medications prescribed as well. They have been wonderful with all 3 of our dogs!
Truly cared about my cat and his well being. They were also very honest with me about his fate, even though it wasn’t the best news. One of the best Animal Hospitals I’ve ever encountered
I love this vet clinic! They are very concerned about making sure the visits are a positive experience for your pet. They always call the next morning to follow up on our visits to ask how my pets are doing. I highly recommend Dr. Gaines and his team!

I've been here twice both times the first took 2 hours ridiculous! I have a life and career then this morning we were told to just drop her off we waited 37 minutes and they still didn't take her to get spayed When I asked why they were taking so long they said they were busy! Well there not to busy to try and charge $400 for microchip and spay of our poodle Then they called me @1:30 to tell me they hadn't done anything serious lack of communication and integrity at this location!
