Tracy Williamson is the best of the best. Recently, I did a closing with a seller that Request requested a different title company. The closing was filled with problems that caused a seven day delay on closing. The other title company couldn’t even find the HOA documents and we had to call Tracy at Anchor who wasn’t even handling the closing to get the docs. I would NOT recommend Anchor Mortgage. An hour before I was set to close on my home with certified check, and receive keys , I was informed there was a 5 day waiting period. This was a certified bank check and they even spoke with my bank! Ridiculous policy.
