I would NOT recommend Anchor Mortgage. An hour before I was set to close on my home with certified check, and receive keys , I was informed there was a 5 day waiting period. This was a certified bank check and they even spoke with my bank! Ridiculous policy.
I am a local Russian speaking realtor. I close most of my deals with Tracy Williamson at Anchor Title. I can reach out to Lynn Bell and get wize professional input on certain transactions. The key communicating with a title agent is to send an email with the address of the property in subject line and you get response quicker.
Please do not use this title company! This company has lost my earnest money and wont return my phone calls and are very unprofessional. I have been contacting them for weeks and no update.
Anchor Title is great to work with! They have always been responsive to lenders and sellers when I have represented both parties. They are also helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. All of the staff are always positive and make the transaction a breeze.
