People are nice but loading process took too long . They forgot about me waiting on the last door . They said they were short staffed but other trucks are coming and going on time . .

I had a great experience with this company. It was easy to find the location and check in. The staff was friendly and professional. Special thanks to Janet for getting me loaded before my scheduled appointment and making the process so quick and efficient. The entire process, including check-in, took only about 30 minutes. I really appreciate the excellent service!
I have been here has a truck driver and now owner operator, I always get a really good service, the called me even earlier than my appointment is, they have bathroom for drivers, and manager is a lovely person, her personality is one the beautiful and kindness that I ever experienced as driver in a warehouse, they load you quickly less that 30 minutes, sometimes I don’t even realize how professional they can be.
