Signed up for storage online. Had the option to put your own gate code in, doesn’t work. Had difficulties contacting the storage place, phone will just ring. Can only pay for by month, can’t pay for the following month. And they won’t tell you that the payment hasn’t gone though. So far, a terrible experience. Book somewhere else.

Nice units, gated, never an issue. Just wish the gates were open maybe until 7pm during DST.
Customer service is literally non existent. They don’t answer phone calls nor do they stay at the storage facility. This is being operated very poorly
