Very smart and easy to talk to. I feel like he listened to me and was open to discussing options for my care.
Dr. Ward and his physician's assistant Rachel were both very caring and made me feel heard with all of my spinal concerns. They both spent a lot of time with me asking questions and getting my treatment history. He took his time explaining my options and needs for further care.
