Excellent bedside manner, well as educated and treats his patients with empathy
They were very courteous and very detailed on the treatments and how they will be done and what I need to do. They were interested in how I feel which was a big plus
Dr. Ward was very knowledgeable, spent time with me and explained my options in detail and answered all of my and my husband's questions.
Googled had them as CLOSED when i looked them up for directions. Building looked deserted, there was no cars in the parking lot when i arrived. There was (real)spider webs around the door handle. The staff member at the window seem to have an attitude. Saw the Dr. Briefly visit with him seem to ok, i disliked how pushy he was about insisting that office was going to handle my MRI. Its the type of situation where that is left up to my attorney to decide and guide me NOT THEM. Just didnt get a good vibe.
Today was my first time meeting Dr Ward. He is very personable and professional. He listened to my concerns. His staff is friendly. I have no complaints at this time and look forward to my future visits to recovery. I would recommend him to friends and family.
