My mother broke her hip and had a hip replacement. She convalesced at Anchor Rehab in Aiken, SC. Our experience there hasn't been great to be honest: 1. The first night she received no pain medicine despite being out of surgery for two days. 2. Her clothing has not been returned for a week. 3. On Good Friday, at noon, we receive a phone call from someone at the hospital telling us they are releasing her on Tuesday. My mom still can't move her arm properly, and she is still very weak.
