Never really had a problem with Anchor. They treated me better than other rental companies
Although our house is a bit of a fixer upper they come and fix anything that is wrong within that day or the next. They are great people to rent from and I would reccommend them to all of my friends and family members that are interested in renting.
WORST COMPANY EVER. Horrible service, never fix anything, patch work at best. Went without any sewer for almost 2 months and then never did work right for 2 years. They didnt ever fix it. Had mold growing through our closet and took almost 2 months for them to come fix that. And then when we finally got out of there they stole money from us siting things that didnt need to be done to take our deposit.
