10/10 would Not recommend Surf club A23. No amenities worked they blamed it on us.(after further review we found warning post where it hasn’t worked since May 2021) there was huge stains on our sheets, then we got to thinking how did they wash the bedding? We are disgusted. All we had to keep the place clean was a broken vacuum(which worked before we got there). Over that last week my family stayed in their surf club A23 apartment; let’s just say we won’t be back. The washer and the dishwasher were both broke upon arrival. We called and emailed about the washing machine a minimum of 5x. They didn’t understand why it was such a big deal. It was never fixed. There was also no broom or working vacuum so we couldn’t sweep the sand that was tracked in up. I had rented a house for our annual family vacation with this company and I would not recommend them. I would never use this company again. The appliances in the home did not work, we found mouse droppings in kitchen drawers and under sink, no sweeper, no broom, bathtub did not drain, batteries in remote control for TV did not work.
