He doesn't fix thing's in a timely manner and rents dirty homes, but wants his rent on time or you are charged hundred dollars late fee. I am not evicted tenant, I have been renting for almost 4 years from him and have to in value the city to get anything fixed. He does take animals and I am grateful for that, but he cares more about his Grand Haven properties then here. Sorry but he gets a D in my report card.
I Just wanted to say thank you to Anchor Real Estate & Property Management, my husband and I and our roommate rent from you for over a year now and are looking to rent a bigger house that you have some time soon. because you have been so good to us and whenever we need some thing fixed you always make sure it is fixed, we never had no problem with Anchor Real estate & property Management.
