I loved living here. The landlord is very friendly and the people you encounter in the parking lot are so lovely. My apartment was spacious and I had two patios which my cat LOVED. The kitchen was a little small and the laminate was coming up on the edges but at the end I got most of my security deposit back when I know I did some damage to the carpet. I would definitely recommend. Also my downstairs neighbor sang when he drank and it was super entertaining.
