Beautiful room and incredible concierge service!! The staff really went above and beyond, she sent roadside assistance to rescue us because we broke down and weren’t going to make check in!! The bottle of champagne was just the icing on the cake! Best concierge service I’ve ever had from a place of lodging hands down!
I can’t say enough. Every detail is perfect from the decor to the comfortable beds and the “music” of the sea lions! It’s worth every penny. We sat on the balcony, enjoying chowder and a drink from across the street, followed by relaxing in the jacuzzi tub. We finished off the night listening to the sea lions and watching the ships go by. It’s truly a magical experience! 5 stars aren’t enough!
Beautiful place . Make sure you use the ear plugs and maybe leave tv on low but can't beat the atmosphere.
Stayed in the surfer room - wonderful decor and hot tub. They treated us to a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our 37th anniversary! And upgraded our room when one came available. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining and while shopping. Sea lions are fascinating to watch. Unfortunately they never stop barking. White noise machine really helps and ear plugs. Very glad to have experienced this place.
Stayed here 3 times in two different rooms. Our favorite go to place! Can't wait to return
