I went to Anchor Physical Therapy dur to ripped muscles in my hip. I never would have thought that PT could fix this. Katie proved me wrong. She was wonderful. She always gave the reason for an exercise and how it helped. I was challenged but only to an extent that I could achieve. I did not realize how weak I had gotten. My hip is fixed and I am continuing to get stronger. THANK YOU Katie!!
