Worst pharmacy customer experience. Went in looking for a pair of compression socks were rushed through the entire experience realized they were dress socks went to return them were pointed to a sign stating no returns $26 wasted. Not even an option to exchange them just simply told sorry.
This pharmacy has the worst customer service. They never pick up the phone or return your calls when requesting refills (you have to leave a message and hope someone listens because they will not pick up the phone and force you to VM), have an antiquated service system and since they are contracted they have no reason to change their behavior or business model. LBH do better and get rid of this company and move to a company that has an up-to-date business model, hires the appropriate number of staff and actually cares about ... read more

Not a pharmacy at all and their lack of customer care and awful phone system leave tons of need for improvement
