Super responsive local pharmacy! Love them for all of my medical needs
I just read a prior review that someone else left. I am in agreement. I too, have to use this worthless pharmacy. Because I have life bridge insurance. I've gone to the point where I am willing to pay out-of-pocket for some of my meds, just so I don't have to deal with this unprofessionalism.
Staff does not return voicemails. Blames things on being short staffed. They are not that friendly or knowledgeable on medications. Staff gets confused on policies. It is difficult to get consistent answers. There is also no website that you can sign in on and request a refill.So basically you are waiting for a staff member to may or may not call you back. The worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. We've had to use them because of LifeBridge insurance. Can never get through to check on your meds . If you leave a message you will not get a return call. Lot of times they say the meds are done when you get there they're not. Oh how I miss CVS.
