BEWARE OF ANCHOR PACIFICA! I left my apartment after 2 years in pristine condition and received only $90 out of my $600 deposit. Stood me up for the final walk through and wouldn't return my calls when I left messages complaining. Take your money and business elsewhere and don't trust this shady and unprofessional group. AVOID AVOIDD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It’s been difficult for me to reach to the management people. There were incidents happening in my unit and this apartment building had no cameras and I feel very unsafe living here. My items were stolen from the unit and my car parked at the parking lot had somebody damaged my tires. I feel super unsafe and frightened living here. I am a single mom living at this building and living unsafely here with my baby. I don’t know what should I do. Do not live at Pinewood Villas. The landlord is a major flake. I have been moved out for 6 weeks and still cannot get my deposit back. After waiting 30 days we called to check the status and were told "the paperwork wasn't processed, this was our mistake." Then the check was mailed to the incorrect address. Last week, on 5/7 that the check would be mailed back to Liz (the landlord) and she would have it Wed or Thursday. It is now a week beyond that time frame. She will not return our phone calls and is never in the office to... read more
