Did not provide the correct liner when delivering my prosthetics. They promised to get it ordered shortly. That never happened. Then after following my up for the third time with Brett, he ignored my call and did not return it. Then I followed up again, Brett let me know I would need another prescription to order the correct liner even though this was his mistake by not ordering the correct liner in the first place.
