Anchor Mechanical saved the day! Our home A/C stopped working yesterday and it was up to 81 in the house. Anchor immediately sent out a service tech after hours. Greg was professional and so helpful. Our A/C unit was so dirty and clogged. He got it all cleaned up and he had the parts to fix it at the same time. Greg explained what happened and how he fixed it. We are so thankful! Would highly recommend!
I was a new client to Anchor, and I called because we had already waited 6 days with no heat thanks to our Insurance contractor. They came out same day to complete a diagnosis. Although they couldn't repair same day, they did expedite a part for us, and continued to work for several hours to find a solution and get us heat even when the original part ordered didn't fix our problem. I purchased a mini split in 2024 from Anchor Mechanical for my sunroom, and am very pleased with the unit. Since they are now offering maintenance contracts, I purchased one. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the details of the contract. I would definitely recommend Anchor Mechanical to friends and family.
My furnace stopped working out of the blue during 20 degree night temps. The furnace was originally installed by another company and when I called the number it went to Anchor.
