Unfortunately, our HVAC system went down right at the height of the heatwave. Mark, Brian, and their entire team did everything in their power to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Amazing service, high quality work!! Chris and Keith from the design and development department, both were amazing when building our Ventilation system for our machines. They have been super helpful and were always trying to improve the system with their suggestions. They were not just building a system, they were there to help us and built the most efficient system system. Definitely recommended!!
Absolutely fantastic company. They have now been out to service our AC twice in the past few years. Both times our AC broke on one of the hottest days of the year. Anchor was out here on the same day and was quickly able to identify and fix the problem. Their techs were honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. They never tried to upsell anything. Greg from Anchor Mechanical came out today to look at my AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me understand exactly what had gone wrong — including showing me the failed capacitor and compressor, and explaining the missing refrigerant. He also took the extra step to check on warranty coverage, which I really appreciated.
