Don was absolutely amazing, very thorough with HVAC maintenance. Very impressed with his knowledge and high level of professionalism. Also, other team members: Richard (supervisor) and Jessica were very efficient in addressing some issues and get the things done in a time fashion. Definitely, Anchor Mechanical is highly recommended as they are one of the best in this field.

I had you guys four years ago and then I moved into an apartment now I’m in a condo that is fine I loved your service back when I lived in my home. That is why I contacted you for my condo. You guys are very quick to get somebody out when you need them. The guys are always friendly. I also think your price is right
Anchor Mechanical has excellent people who do the work. Plus excellent customer service as well. They are very reliable! It was plumbing work. They put in two ADA certified chair height toilets Due to the Blizzard of Feb 2026, I couldn’t be there. But that wasn’t a deal breaker. They went in, did the work, sent me pictures, locked up and left! I will be using them again!
Anchor was quick to respond. In less than 24 hrs, their mechanic, Don, inspected and corrected my HVAC problem. He was very professional, neat, and comprehensive. They will always be my goto HVAC company!
