Don was absolutely amazing, very thorough with HVAC maintenance. Very impressed with his knowledge and high level of professionalism. Also, other team members: Richard (supervisor) and Jessica were very efficient in addressing some issues and get the things done in a time fashion. Definitely, Anchor Mechanical is highly recommended as they are one of the best in this field.
Anchor Mechanical has excellent people who do the work. Plus excellent customer service as well. They are very reliable! It was plumbing work. They fixed the refill / flush mechanism of a toilet, and they installed two new washer/faucet mechanisms for the hot & cold water feeds to the washing machine! The job took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. The tech, Max was a great worker, and very patient in answering all my questions! He cleaned up before he left leaving everything spotless! I will be using them again!
My heating system stopped heating this past weekend. I called Anchor early Monday morning, and a tech was able to come out that same day. It didn’t take long at all before Dylan knew what the problem was. He ordered the part and it was fixed right away! Thank you!
