Excellent service from Anchor Mechanical! The technician was super friendly, efficient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Max came out to fix a very urgent plumbing issue we were having with our laundry sink leaking and needing a full replacement on an older home which, because of the way it was set up, we had to cut off the water supply for the entire house until it was fixed. He was a highly professional expert that went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that everything was sorted out and working properly! Anchor Mechanical has been what feels like a life saver these past few weeks. After many trial and errors from a previous poor installation, and a lemon of a furnace from our former Home Warranty company. We finally have heat again. I had four other HVAC companies come out to the house and none did as thorough of a job diagnosing and ultimately fixing the problem with my family's older boiler system. With The coming of fall there was much to be done. First a rental property with a natural gas hot water system needed a reboot and repairs along with service . My mother-in-law‘s house which has an oil fired hot water system for yearly maintenance and service and my own residence with oil fired forced hot air. Anchor mechanical handled all three jobs professionally, quickly, and a reasonable price.
