Max came out to fix a very urgent plumbing issue we were having with our laundry sink leaking and needing a full replacement on an older home which, because of the way it was set up, we had to cut off the water supply for the entire house until it was fixed. He was a highly professional expert that went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that everything was sorted out and working properly! Greg and Dylan from Anchor Mechanical LLC were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire HVAC service. Amazing service, high quality work!! Chris and Keith from the design and development department, both were amazing when building our Ventilation system for our machines. They have been super helpful and were always trying to improve the system with their suggestions. They were not just building a system, they were there to help us and built the most efficient system system. Definitely recommended!!

Greg from Anchor Mechanical came out today to look at my AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me understand exactly what had gone wrong — including showing me the failed capacitor and compressor, and explaining the missing refrigerant. He also took the extra step to check on warranty coverage, which I really appreciated. Anchor Mechanical saved the day! Our home A/C stopped working yesterday and it was up to 81 in the house. Anchor immediately sent out a service tech after hours. Greg was professional and so helpful. Our A/C unit was so dirty and clogged. He got it all cleaned up and he had the parts to fix it at the same time. Greg explained what happened and how he fixed it. We are so thankful! Would highly recommend!
