Unfortunately, our HVAC system went down right at the height of the heatwave. Mark, Brian, and their entire team did everything in their power to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Greg from Anchor Mechanical came out today to look at my AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me understand exactly what had gone wrong — including showing me the failed capacitor and compressor, and explaining the missing refrigerant. Our AC went up avout 6 weeks ago. Anchor Mechanical is AWESOME. Brian who came to talk about our options , Rich who kept me informed every step of the way about the part being ordered and Jason the tech who installed the compressor.
