We lived here for a few years and ironically lived on top of the manager. He was a great guy and always offered help when he could. He worked with us when it was time for us to leave and kept every tighty. We had some issues with plumbing that was taken in a timely manner. We graduated and left but would recommend. The price is a little high for the space but still clean and affordable.
Overall had a great experience living here! A few issues I had was the owner parking their large RV near the side of the shop blocking some of parking spaces. Other issues had to do with parking, but this was fixed once they added some more spots. Maintenance was friendly and timely although he was a student as well but was very friendly. They are also pet friendly which is nice since we had a little dog.
I didn't want to do this but i feel like I no longer have a choice. Anchor M has been pretty good to me. They violated WA law by asking for a deposit to "hold my place" on a waitlist which in this state is illegal, but otherwise the maintenance is good and I like thatthey're hands off. But they've done something this year so egregious I'm seriously considering legal action. For starters the maintenance dropped off and the rent has gone up, normal stuff. This place is not worth the money that they squeeze out of their tentants . They raise the rent constantly, you can here neighbors next door, below, across the street, and walking down the side walk. The maintence worker doesn't maintain the lawn hardly at all, during winter your lucky if you can get them to remember to refill the sidewalk salt. And the management is non existent because she literally isn't even in the city. The manager doesn't even live in the state . She deals with customers and tenants over email and neve... read more
