Great customer service! I dont know how to thank them enough! Other companies would have made me wait at least for two hours before I could receive service. But Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc sent a technician right away when I requested it. The entire key cutting job took barely twenty minutes for Dave. Very helpful and extremely talented! If I had to sum up my experience with Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! It was an emergency, and despite making frantic phone calls to a dozen different locksmiths, no one was ready to help. It was New Year’s Eve and I really wanted to get home quick to spend the holiday with my family. I seriously doubted there’d be any locksmith available at such a time. I got locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night with no phone or anything on me. Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat).
