Had loans and they dint hell people at all
this company’s got bad vibes. they act like they’re helping but it’s more like they get people stuck in deals that just go sideways fast. seen folks end up in serious financial trouble because of them. they make big promises but barely follow through. also they try to manage everything themselves and aren’t straight with the smaller investors. there’s a lot of legal stuff piling up on them too.
Please do not waste your time, this lender its a joke
Great team! I'm a mortgage broker and I worked with Robby Rydinski, who was great at getting me pricing. Then Tara Donahue was amazing with the next step of getting the loan in and making sure that everything worked well. Then I had Diana Clark as my processor. Diana was amazing. She was very helpful and very patient. I had 2 loans closing at the same time and she really pulled some strings to make sure they closed on time.
