Absolutely the worst customer service and professionalism. Offered to call back at a more convenient time and eventually expressed wanting to hang up on her as her tone was completely disrespectful. She hang up.
Absolutely Garbage! The lady that answers the phone says let me know the items exactly and see if the guys are interested in taking your order!?! Then she said okay don't worry just get your order picked up from your other quotes. VERY POOR AND DISRECPETFULL SERVICE / THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS
Arlene, had a very rough tone when speaking, she needs to chill, and they need to focus on customer service. I simply asked why the price was too high compared to other shipping company, and she came out very rude and disrespectful. This is not a professional way to conduct business.
