After many meetings with various companies I decided to use Anchor. They taught me much more than the others about the quality of the windows, the glass and clearly explained the install process. This was an amazing experience for us. Anchor is a wonderful group of people.
I ordered and paid $11,000 (50%) for my impact windows and doors on January 9, 2017. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for install. It has now been 12 weeks and I am still waiting. I was told after 10 weeks that it would be another 4-6 weeks. Also, I have yet to hear back from my salesman (and owner of the company?), Mike Betancourt. I've emailed Mike and left him a voicemail about my dissatisfaction, but he has been unresponsive. I will update this review when my windows finally do get installed. 4/21/2017
Mike at Anchor was very helpful, and although they couldn't come out and get the job done for me at the time, he referred me to Ken at all windows and more. He did an excellent job and was very thorough with his work. Would highly recommend!!
From the sale by Mike Bettencourt to the installation by Oscar. The entire process was great. Walter and Orlando deserve special mention and praise for constant updates and fantastic communication ensuring my ( almost impossible ! ) deadline was met. Exceeding expectations, delivery solutions not problems. Keeping the job site clean and providing superb customer service. Very professional, I love my new windows Thank you Anchor Impact Windows and doors. Highly recommend
