Highly antisemitic. I was in very serious danger in this facility. I have saved video footage of residents mocking jewish culture and staff kicking me out of the facility for speaking up for myself. I am incredibly retraumatizrd by my experience here.
Weird staff. A white woman, Brice or something, asked me if I've ever done race play in the bedroom with really intense eye contact. She said that she worked here for around 5 years.
IRTS facilitys are great for your mental health. Take advantage of any opportunity like this you get no matter how hard it is. For the most part staff always does the best they can in any of these facilities.
Staff pick favorites and are awful at conflict resolution. Great program but staff is 50/50
