6/10/22 purchased condo. They renovated it act as seller/buying agent. Water heater+A/C not regist. W/municipality. Real/Est.owner,Ms. Cecilia Friedrich, claims did their job correctly and anything that occurs after the closing is my own responsibility. I lost $2322 on rent/plumbing+electrician fees. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REALTY AGAIN!
