Just moved to Daniel Island & had Jeffrey from Achor Heat & Air perform seasonal maintenance on our HVAC systems. Absolutely professional, polite, and knowledgable. I was thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail and my wife was pleasantly surprised that he put on disposable shoe protectors as he entered our home, as we just installed new staircase runners! Thank you Anchor for being so considerate! You just gained customers for life!
Needed HVAC service for first time. Checked into who had best reviews and who people in Our neighborhood would recommend. Both were the same, Anchor. So called as new customer, they came same day and now I see why they are rated 5 star. I am so pleased with how they handled Our problem and now I will do the same and rate them 5 STAR. If you need HAVAC Anchor is who I recommend!
Integrity is the first word that comes to mind...we requested a dryer vent cleaning for our 2 year old home and little did we know that the owners son would be the one to complete the service. After taking a look at the situation the technician (Jack) advised that a cleaning was not needed at this point. Rather than complete something we didn't need he advised us to wait....inturn I thought, "this is the type company I would like maintaining my heat and air system".....so instead of a vent cleaning I signed up for a system m... read more

We had no heat, 54 degrees in the house when we woke up. Anchor had a tech come out within hours. Doug Patton, I can't say enough about. Polite, thorough, determined to find the issue and thought outside the box. I have had a construction company for over 35 years and rarely come across someone with the same work ethic. I HIGHLY recommend Anchor Heating and Air. Very IMPRESSED!!!!!
