They have done business with me for over 20 years, including some rental properties and two heating and cooling units at my home. They replaced the exchange and condenser upstairs. They fridgerant lines were up against the roof. This resulted in a line getting punctured during roofing. I called for a repair and was told that if I had a service plan, then they might have told me that the line should be moved. I recently contacted Anchor, for an emergency AC repair, due to a punctured line set. I spoke with James and he was able to rearrange the schedule and set an appointment first thing the following morning. Rusty was the technician sent to do the repair. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to not only repair the line set, but also moved it, as it had been improperly installed. Anchor Heating & Air has always been there when I needed them. From installation to troubleshooting they have experts who can resolve any air-conditioning or heating problem. Friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, I have come to rely on them for all my heating and air conditioning needs/services.

This is the second time that I've used Anchor both times they were quick to show up very courteous explain what was going on and very reasonable priced will be using them for all of my needs until this one finally croaks they'll be the ones to put the new one in ***** G
