Took my wife and infant to see Dr Albert on a scheduled 12 pm appointment on a Saturday. There was nobody in the clinic when we came in. We waited for 1 hour. My kid was already screaming. We asked the nurse and were only told that Dr Albert was in a room. Waited for 20 mins more then we left. After, 15 mins Dr Albert missed called my wife saying something gibberish - possibly just to collect his clinic visit money. Stay away from this clinic - they double book appointments. Dr. Akasha Khan is one of the best family doctors we have ever had. She always listens carefully, gives honest and helpful advice, and approaches every concern with a very positive and reassuring attitude. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and truly makes us feel comfortable and supported. We are very grateful to have her as our family doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care.
Dr Akasha Khan is wonderful, I’m so grateful to have such an amazing family doctor. She was there for me throughout my high-risk pregnancy with my daughter. Her care, support, and kindness meant so much to me during a very important and sometimes stressful time in my life. The only area I feel could really use improvement is the front desk. It can be extremely difficult to get through on the phone, sometimes waiting 20 minutes or more, and the staff often don’t seem very welcoming or friendly. 5 stars for this clinic and my doctor. Staffs do the best they can and I have never had issues with them. Clinic hours are very accessible and the doctors are available when you need to see them.
