This has no reflection on my doctor (Dr Khan) care. I would 100% recommend to not call them. It takes up the nurses time as from my understanding, a designated receptionist. So the service isn't the best. Booking appointments online is incredibly easy. So that's a plus. The equipment doesn't always work. They've tried to test my blood pressure 4x before giving up. After my some of walkin at Anchor Health Centre in Legacy, decided to take my family doctor here. Over all pretty good. Today is 2nd day with my family Doctor Azka Usman. She is a keen listener with concerns. She has an unique touch of treatment, that is, applied the east and westerns' best of best approaches in her treatment. Means, refused to take one supplement, she not give up as patient's choice!!! Explained well, how much it's important in overall my treatment!!! Thank you so much doctor.
I want to give Dr Khan a 5 star because she's so amazing, but it seems like every time I have to come here, I'm so frustrated by the clinic itself. I had scheduled an appt at 1 pm (6 weeks prior) and they called at 10:30 am same day to cancel, no reason given. They asked if I would prefer a phone consult so I said sure, they booked it for 9:10 am the next day. Here, Doctors are excellent but Reception is apparently a nightmare. Since, absolutely all are not even have a Basic Canadian Work Ethics of 10% too. Their pharmacy is another a huge Nightmare!!! I never ever had seen this kind of attitudes like , "Rude and Insulting Customers Continuously!!! Alberta Health System is giving us lots of lot Choices, but HAVE TO THINK WHO IS LOOSER? The funniest part is, "Never Reached their Contact Phone is Teaching us "BEHAVE RESPECTFUL MANNAR 😂".
