My Second year visiting this office for a routine eye exam and today I was back for measurements for my first contact lenses. It always a pleasant experience - The Front desk staff were super personable and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Bortz was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional and patient. I’d highly recommend this office to anyone! (especially those who get nervous going to a at new practices).
Dr. Bortz was excellent—very thorough and never rushed the exam. She explained everything clearly and made the whole visit comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend.
First time there at this eye Doctor and was very impressed with their professionalism and concern for my needs. Staff is very friendly and atmosphere is very comforting. Dr. answered all my questions on level I could understand. Best of all this Dr visit didn't involve any needles. haha.
What an enjoyable experience with a warm, welcoming, and very competent staff. Everyone made the trip to the doctor's wonderful instead of stressful. Best eye doctor I've ever seen. I encourage you to visit Anchor Eye Care, too.
