Anchor's response here, and through the BBB do not address the withheld, free, public information requested. In fact, it does not even address the period of time that the complaint was made. 7/6-7/15 is the complaint in question. Enjoy the day!!
*UPDATE 9/30 below - Front desk staff, and surveyors were excellent. Everyone else with this company has typical "Used Car Sales" mentality. We were forced into unnecessary contracted services based on lies, and withheld information. This information was available for free to the homeowner prior to our initial engagement with the business, and was withheld by Anchor when they were outright asked for it.
