DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give this company a negative rating, I would, and DO NOT rent this house. We rented a property from them, 4720 Claremont Park Drive, Bradenton FL. Upon move in we noticed the house had not even been cleaned, in fact we found bloody tissues under one of the beds and dirt & dust and kids toys. 1/2 of the light bulbs in the bathrooms and throughout the house did not work, I had to replace them myself.
