I had a really great first impression, but both my kids had weird interactions with 2 of the therapists there. One said that because my son doesn’t think he needs therapy we shouldn’t come back, she said it in a nice way, but no and so odd. And my daughter’s therapist was shopping online during her session, and also imposed her religious views onto my daughter.

Unfortunately, my experience with this practice was disappointing. I felt that the business owner handled interactions with me in a way that came across as personal and unprofessional. Instead of maintaining appropriate boundaries and focusing on client care, their responses felt influenced by unrelated or petty matters, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. I hope the practice reflects on these concerns and improves communication, professionalism, and overall client experience moving forward.
