been going to chiropractors since i was 16 , hurt my back doing heavy dead lifts,they always did spinal manipulation by twisting and popping your spine back in alignment .I was a little skeptical at first with their spring loaded thing a majig, actually called an ACTIVATOR, but wow i am impressed never felt better in my life walking straight up instead of looking like i was falling over, am now 70 and feeling great. Try it they are good people
