My experiences at Anchor have all been great in every way. The entire sales staff have made every part of my transactions so kind and easy. I've had 3 purchases there and wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. They are now like my family!
Car shopping was a fun experience, helpful and knowledgeable sales staff.
Worst repair experience of my life! My 78 yr old mother set appointment for a engine repair and since it was an "under warranty repair" it was pushed off for 3 days. For a turbo sensor to be installed. No communication from service techs, lies about parts, told 2 seperate stories to my sister and myself about the reasoning for the delay. Worst service representative I have ever dealt with. Kevin actually acted like it was unreasonable that we were upset that the car was not done within 2 days.
