If I could give zero stars I would. When I got in touch with Amber in August, we set up appointments since I have chronic pain and it's incredibly difficult to find people who have actual experience with chronic pain. However, she didn't tell me until I was filling out the paperwork that I was assigned to someone else who is trained in chronic pain, but doesn't actually experience it.
