RICHARD THAYER *BEWARE* Beware to all new or regular patients....i went there to recieve help and instead Dr. Richard Thayer took my trust and splattered it on paper and sent it out to anyone who would read it. He put horrible and untrue things on my evaluation about me doing "drugs" among other things then when i wanted to talk to him about this he not only "fired" me as a patient he also just disappeared from this office and then i learned he had also done this to other people as well...WARNING...BEWARE HE IS A FRAUD
Not the best Worse experience. No secretary, no one is ever at the front window or answers the phone. Doctor's like to sit and talk about patience who are in the waiting room or their own patience out loud, behind thin glass enclosure. Doctor's are always late or running behind. Not to mention the building itself is old and falling apart.
best counseling office Anchor Behavioral Counseling is the best counseling office we have ever been too. we took our son there for an evaluation, counseling and medications. They were very professional and helpful. Thanks to Anchor we have found answers for our son. Thank you Anchor.
Inconsiderate and poorly managed. Little regard for clients. Appointments are cancelled without notice. They do not return phone calls. Counselors are chronically late for appointments. Their first priority is making money, so they squeeze in as many clients as possible, which affords too little time for effective counseling and undermines the requisite trust required for effective counseling.
Wonderful No complaints here. The therapists are wonderful and the office staff are always helpful and very friendly. If you, a family member or someone you know needs help or someone to talk to then give them a call. They are wonderful.
Caring Services A caring and dedicated staff. Their offices are always clean and inviting. Their off staff very helpful and friendly. Their professional staff is top notch.
