Room was clean but bed and pillows were hard as rocks. No live person when you check in. Someone on a live stream on a kiosk screen. Very impersonal.
Surprised to see computerized check in facility no help available. Rooms very small, breakfast is only few fruits and granola bars
Great place to stay. We enjoyed the total package.. keep up the good work.
Location was good rooms were clean and spacious. Virtual check-in was a new experience but went smoothly. The only complaint was that the jacuzzi tub did not work resulting in a wasted tubful of water.
